The owner of this gym is very unprofessional. My husband and I been trying to cancel our gym membership for 2 years and the owner will not let us cancel over the phone due to their "policy". (Please keep in mind, we longer live in Omaha). We ask him multiple times to send us over a copy of our agreement and will not do so due to the contract having OUR own personal information. So we asked him to send over a blank agreement, and refuses too. Fast forward a couple weeks, later he comes back stating well if you pay this amount, I'll cancel your membership over the phone...... The owner is very much money hungry driven and doesn't care about its client. I do not recommend anyone to sign up for a gym membership at this location. He will find a way to screw you over. Also keep reading other reviews as well, they also talk about the cancelation policy.

Owner is unprofessional and under the impression that clients will owe if they don’t cancel “month to month membership” once the two year contract is up even if client has moved out of state due to military orders. Do not recommend this establishment.
