I had no problem canceling, except for the next month they still charged me the membership fee, "technical problems". However I stopped in and they fixed the problem and refunded me without any trouble
No, our memberships as easy to cancel as any that I know of. (And a heck of a lot easier than my current cell phone where the person who enrolled me tells me that they cannot cancel accounts.) Anyway, all you have to do is come into any of our clubs or mail us a letter to cancel and the month in which you cancel will be the last month in which you are billed. You then have access to the facilities through the end of the next month. We do ask that you send your letter certified so that if the post office loses your letter we can honor your cancellation based on your USPS receipt. You do not have to send it certified, but that is what I would do - if I was mailing a cancel letter. Me personally, I have always cancelled my memberships in the club, but I was pretty much a gym rat before I started working in the business. If you cancel in any o four clubs you will immediately be emailed a copy of your cancellation for your records. We do not start or stop memberships over the phone.
