Doc sent for orthopedic inserts for my shoes. They did not work, after several adjustments, they still did not fit. I was required to pay up front SO my satisfaction was not guaranteed. I now have $105.00 piece of custom garbage. My Last appointment doc says he’s was sending for different set with appropriate corrections, when I inquired about them, after no word for 2 months, I was told it’s not in the notes. That it’s my own problem. The staff wanted to prove me wrong rather than take me in and fix the issue. I’m deeply offended by their tone toward me and will not recommend BELLEVUE FOOT AND ANKLE CENTER. They refused to allow me to speak with the Doc.

I was very satisfied with my first appointment. My parents and sister use this clinic. On a follow up appointment I had a horrible experience. I will not go back. I sent a letter to the doctor about my concerns. Staff is very nice. I will not be going back or would I refer anyone here. I’m very disappointed with how this experience turned out. I’ve taken my business to another clinic. I do not want any contact from this clinic because of this review.

Dr. Little is very knowledgeable and respectful. Entire staff was very friendly during the entire visit. Procedure was explained and had time to ask any questions. I would definitely recommend if you have any foot or ankle problems.

I have been going to Dr. Little for over 10 years on and off. Unfortunately I don't have health insurance and always was able to setup a payment plan. I was turned down for services because I was not able to pay upfront. I was very sad by this and now will have to go to a different doctor that accepts a payment plan but will have to suffer until I can get treatment elsewhere.

Questions & Answers

I think I have nephropathy that the bottom of my feet hurt when I stand or walk. I've been researching and saw that a possible treatment is with red LED 830 nm(nanometer) light therapy. Is this something that you do? Is it effective?

Hi, Gene! Nephropathy is actually a general term for kidney damage. I'm not sure but it's possible you meant 'neuropathy', which could cause foot pain. Unfortunately, Dr. Little doesn't perform LED therapy; but if you're having pain in your feet, you should make an appointment to have them checked out!

Do you take walking?

They do not take walk-ins. But they will get you scheduled quickly. Great people.
