If you have the vip it also offers red light therapy which is nice
They always seem to have a 10 to 20 dollar initiation for 1 of their plans going on. The basic membership is 10 and the VIP is 20. The vip includes a theater room for cardio which is really a cool experience. It also adds tanning but I've never used it
