I moved out since February 17th and we’re in June, I was told that I should get my deposit back after 3 months still haven’t received my deposit that place was the biggest mistake ever and Corporate is a joke.

Same here, moved out in April, we’re now in July & I still have yet to get my deposit. Please if you’re looking to move somewhere, avoid this place like the plague.

Esther,. You are not alone girl! This is what they do. They did it to me and MANY other residents that I know who vacated on good terms. Residents who left the place clean, paid their final month on time. Those who followed all of the rules and is without doubt due their security deposit refund. I moved out Feb 29 2018 and the leasing office promised that it would be returned after 30 days. I called leasing office after 45 days and let them know that i still hadnt received a check. The manager confirmed that the refund was approved, processed and a refund request had been sent to corporate. I contacted corporate and they were extremely rude,. Kept giving me run around. They stopped taking and returning my call. Fortunately through my job; i have a legal plan with attorneys that handle this type of BS. My attorney is now dealing with them directly. Let me kno how it goes Esther. We should all get together and file a large lawsuit against these criminal bastards.

I did everything correctly. deliver that apartment on the date they asked for copies of keys, we painted it and left without details. I NEED MY MONEY RETURN THE MONEY OF THE PEOPLE, RETURN THE MONEY OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT

If you look at your lease your deposit should have been given back after one month I believe. This happened to someone who moved out and they had legal shield and they got the full deposit back

They are supposed to refund security deposit 15 days after you leave. You might want to contact the housing authority and a lawyer.

For all of you who moved out and think that you are going to be getting your deposit back, kiss that money goodbye, they have no intention of giving you any money what so ever
