When you buy any meal deals, sides are supposed to be $1.00 according to the postings on your menu board. If you don't tell the cashier they charge you full price. I hope that is a mistake in the training.

It is all in the 1 minute of training they get before being thrown to the wolf's

It's the training for sure, I stood at the cashier's orders for 10 min and I was the only one in line.So the drive thru was Top priority. I just walked away from the Essex Rd KFC and went to the one around the corner from Walmart . Within 3to5mins they'd took my order asked if I wanted sides for $1 more and I was out side smiling. Plus the drive thru at Essex Rd never failed to get your orders wrong 5 out of 6 times.
