They don’t understand what extra crispy chicken is. The past couple times we’ve ordered it, apparently they think it’s funny to get the order wrong. Worthless.

I just left this KFC, I ordered and paid for a 12 piece and they gave me a 8 piece! smh I ordered 3 sides and at least they got that correct. I usually do not write reviews because I know mistakes can happen, but this particular KFC has cheated me several times. Choose another location if you want KFC.

The lady behind the microphone for the drive through was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with NOT the cashiers. She was literally saying why don’t you go else where. Again the cashier was nice BUT definitely not the lady who took the order. Sorry KFC I see you guys running out of customers very soon.

Agree while they are nice I have never been in this location without a long wait for my order

When you buy any meal deals, sides are supposed to be $1.00 according to the postings on your menu board. If you don't tell the cashier they charge you full price. I hope that is a mistake in the training.
