But because if it's not your birthday when you pull up to the line, it will be by the time you get your food. Coming for lunch? Order dinner at the same time. You'll need it.

They got me everything I’ve asked for and that’s all I wanted. I went inside to pick up my order and told the guy that worked at the counter I was picking up and gave me my order already prepared for the exception of the drink which he gotten quickly with no hesitation or problem. The kindness actually exceeded my expectations cause the bar was pretty low from another location I had went to.

I have been in the drive thru for over a hour. I had to pick up a online order. I arrive at the speaker and the employee is outside smoking a cigarette,like he is not on the clock. The manager comes out fussing at him. The employee remained outside smoking with about 8 cars in drive thru. But that’s not it gets worse. I tell the manager the name and he told me I’ll have to wait a additional 15 minutes for the customer order. I asked why “because it’s a large order” very unprofessional please do better you will loose customers and money for this type of service.

Worst Popeyes EVER! Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and a 2 piece combo at 2:28. I demanded a refund at 2:52, Yeah go figure that's how long I waited. New Management sucks. I wish I can give zero stars. They need more Woman in there,cause only a store full of men would run out of mild chicken, fries, chicken sandwiches, and biscuits during The lunch rush. So who's keeping an eye on production? The Entire store needs to be trained Especially the Manager. In order for you to lead you must be able to follow. Your store is only as good as it's Leader. This store lacks Leadership.
