Came into drive through at 10ish and store doesn't close till 11. They ran out of specific pieces so I asked for 3 thighs and a leg as 4 piece dinner. Came home and got what shown in the picture. What a rip off.

I used the mobile app for the first time.well first time order you get to pick a free item I choose 3piece tender what a joke 4 little 1inch pieces of skin.i ordered 2family meals 8 piece chicken and 12 piece tender.pick up was slow as order was not ready when I arrived.got the bag and went home opened the bag n no tenders just the 4little prices of chicken skin.i went back on the app for help with order it's a bot in the chat that tells you someone will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours well damn it I'm hungery now you took my money now.i drive all the way back to the store the drive threw is now backed up.so we go inside when I explain to the kid working he looks at me like I have 3 heads.im tired n hungery and don't feel like I should have to argue and fuss when I didn't fuss about spending my 55.00 there when I could have went right down the block to Royal farms which I will do next time the service was horrible the chicken was dried out the order was wrong there was no good experience at the store at all and I'm still waiting to be contacted to get the order straight

It's always something with this Popeyes. This time around they don't take codes for the mobile app you can only use online for pick up but they have no sign nor do they tell you when you pull up to order. So they made me waste my coupon and can't help me all they can do is apologize. Order some food get half way home and my red beans and rice is all at the bottom of my bag so I call and no answer I've called 5x still no answer. The only thing I like about this Popeyes is the food is almost always hot and fresh. Oh and the inside is clean Other than that they are sorry. I will no longer spend my money at this particular Popeyes.

Today, 02/23/2020 around 5pm I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich in the drive through. I asked for mayo, which they didn't put. I asked for mayo packets, the employee said they didn't have any. I asked for a little cup of mayo, the employee said no. When I bit into the sandwich, the chicken was mushy and the breading was not crispy at all, like it had been sitting in the bag for a long time. I threw it away and went to chic-fil-a right down the street. Will never be back.
