There are signs that say not to feed the pelicans.
It's discouraged, as people are trying to feed the tarpon and the pelicans try and steal the fish.
There are Pelicans there stealing the fish people attempt feed the Tarpin with. They are chased away by staff.I'd go before 4 for sure otherwise it's pretty hot .
You can buy a bucket of fish to feed the tarpons for 8$. The staff will chase the pelicans away with a garden rake if they bother people, but i dont think anyone will say anything if u feed them a couple fish. 4pm should be a good time of day to visit
