What do I need to get a belly piercing, and how old do I need to be?

You need an ID if it is for a minor they need a school ID with their full name on it and pic or if u have taken them to get an ID and you have to be the parent of the child and I think they have to be a teen and you have to have some form of photographic proof of who they are and proof that you are their parent or Guardian

Need I.D. Have to be 18 or with a parent.
