My eye exam was thorough, educational, and yet swift. Staff were professional and polite. Callie, the employee who checked me in and who helped me pick out frames, was a delight and has a real talent for picking the right frames. She suggested a pair that was out of my usual comfort zone and surprise! I loved them! Plus, she thought I was in my 20s. Bless her. That woman deserves a raise.

Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. The doctor was hilarious and made me feel very comfortable. I've been wearing glasses since the 3rd grade and usually it take 2 weeks to get my glasses. With Pearls Vision my glasses were ready the next day! I couldn't believe.

As of October 2021, we no longer accept Medicaid for exams but can fill valid outside prescriptions.
