Not going to bakers again. I am tired of bagging my own groceries and all the baggers and managers stand around with tumbs up their assses. They watch you do their job maybe bakers should send me a check. And only one checker open for a busy sunday afternoon. Saw a old lady at a register asked her if she was open and was told she was to busy to check us out. She was to busy standing around watching me bag my stuff. The eaglerun bakers stinks!!!!

Very, very disappointed in this place. They have their 'Plus' card and using it is supposed get discounted prices. However, they don't ring up correctly based on the tags in the store. It's frustrating to either always have to ask for a correction, or to get home and find out that you got charged more than was advertised. Their faulty 'Plus' card system and their inaccurate prices is why I usually shop at Hy-Vee instead.

Baker's was recommended to me by a friend. I have been shopping at a competitor. Baker's prices are so much cheaper on so many things, including produce. Selection is not as big as their competitor, sometimes out of stock of certain items, but rarely. But if you sign up, use the app, there are digital coupons, and the fuel rewards are so much better than their competition. But, where you can use the fuel rewards they don't have the cheaper ethanol blend, so let them accumulate before using, and there is a time limit before they expire, but it's generous. I've been saving around $100 a trip ( I buy for two, stock up a little), and what I can find, or know is cheaper at their competition, then I get the rest at their competition. It's been well worth it, considering how high groceries are right now. If you have trouble understanding how to use the app, customer service, or a up front manager will be happy to help. One manager helped me yesterday, because I'm not very tech savvy. She was so nice. I get going to two grocery stores seems like a pain, but when I save about $200 a month, and the gas rewards, it is really worth the time. Just plan it out, maybe one trip one day, one another? There are multiple Baker's locations to see which is most convenient for you. Going during the traditional non busy times is best, if you can do that.
