If you want regence move out there but if you want a decent newer place to call home at a pretty affordable price lakeside is the place I lived there for a few years and liked it I'm just going off my personal experience. Now if you are one who dont pay your rent dont follow the rules you might not fair weather as well just my input. Its has its problems as anywhere does but over all I'd give it a 4 out of 5 last thing always come to a complete stop at the stop signs in carter lake the cops will bust you
I think the price is high to stay there & lots of rules to go by. It floods my back yard & even goes 1/2 way down my driveway & it's like a skating rink & unable to get both cars in the driveway & if your vehicle is on the street past 9 pm it will be towed away & i had just moved in & we were unloading the cars & came out & they had taken my car. I rate it a 3 & that's being nice....
