I have a three berm and been here 10 years never found the dishwasher or the shelter. Also management is rude and unprofessional. Animals run loose constantly and nothing done about it. But hey the office always looks good since that is all they ever spruce up and yes you will get a rent increase EVERY YEAR to the tune of 25.00 dollars. Hopefully you don't like water because it gets shut off a minamum of once a month. Don't ask a guest to come visit you unless you have room in your driveway because they will be towed
there is a shelter for disaster weather a pool club house every trailer has dishwasher back n front door two bathrooms except for 1bedroom your own driveway easy to find the lot numbers neighbors r friendly office ppl r nice and helpful
We do not have a dishwasher, and ours is a 2 bdrm.
You just apply at the office, there isn't an online application. Be prepared to have lot rent raised every year to a sum of 25.00 now. It used to be 5.00. lot rent is getting way out of my budget. Management is nice, and helpful.vi am waiting on maitanance to do repairs they promised at the time of my signing of loan. If it gets done I will post positively on here. It has been over a month now and I have called with several reminders.
