Is endless shrimp everyday or just one day a week? And is it from open to close or certain times of day?

According to their menu, "Endless Shrimp" is every Monday as well as when they have their special. As for if it is only during certian times, that I do not know. I have went in around noon and had it, and have also went in later in the evening and had it as well.
