I'd like to use the ramp but I like night fishing can Go out in the day time and come back at night or do they lock you in like penny camp ? Thanks in advance

No ramp at Mangrove Marina...only a sling or forklift. Check at Coconut Palm Inn at the end of JoJean, they have a ramp, not sure if you can pay to launch there.
