Currently, as of 11/11/2021, they are not open to the public. You have to call and leave a message. I have an attorney involved in my disability case and my attorney has actually reported a complaint with the head of the office and it has yet to be dealt with. Absolutely horrible customer service. Never dealt with worse. They do not return calls, even with an attorney involved.
