The entrance to the park is anywhere on the Atlantic Ocean Side but the park ends just north of Lou's Blues meaning that is far as you're allowed to have your dog on the beach yes it is not a service dog
Yes at the end of Eau Gallie Blvd, at the light. Two beach entrances. If you are bringing your dog use the south entrance.
Entrance is straight across from Eua Gallie Blvd, which is just north of Lou's Blues
