I'm not sure. I think they do take walk-ins but, it would be after people with appointments. You might be sitting/standing for hours

They do walk-ins; bring your certified Birth Certificate or a unexpired Passport and proof of address.

I doubt it. Husband went 3 weeks ago and he still doesn't have his license yet. They gave him a paper temporary one. The real ones are now mailed to you.
