Why even ask how you want your steak cooked on the online ordering if you are just going to cook it well done when asked for medium rare? Im really sick of not even eating my steak because yall F*** it up anytime I order to go.

Ive never had an issue with my steaks. Usually if you make them wait too long to pick up your food, the heaters can cook the meat more. Hence why its originally a sit down restaurant

What warmers? I pick it up within 10 minutes of when I say the pick up time is and it sits on the counter by the carside to go door. There are no warmers involved. I have confirmed this by asking. If you offer the service and the option, make sure its how its supposed to be. I dont pay for overpriced food for it to be sub par.
