The process to get the van i rented for 10 days was fast and simple. The problem i have is that the van was dirty when I got it. There was a bubble in the side wall of the front passenger tire that could of popped at anytime. The van had no fluids in it like windshield fluid, oil, and fuel. I called enterprise and they wanted to charge me to change their own tire. I won't be renting from them again! Update 06/21/2021 Its been a month now since I wrote this and got the email from them to get my problem addressed..........and I have emailed them multiple times trying to get a phone call. I am still waiting to hear back from this awful company! I'm going somewhere else for my business for now on! Update # 2 02/03/2022 Still no contact from enterprise about the problems we experienced. Go somewhere else for your car rental because they truly don't care.

The staff was friendly, and the checkout was fast the interaction with the staff was pleasant, however I was concerned by the reviews about this company wanting to change up vehicles within ther last hour of pickup. I was hoping that my experience would be different but it was not while on my way to pick up the vehicle I was called and asked if I would consider a different vehicle. The vehicle was nice and while a bit unhappy about ther last min vehicle changes I was satisfied with the vehicle I did recieved
