Is the walleye supposed to be half soaked with oil and a good 1/16th+ of an inch of oil at the bottom of the platter? Paid a lot of money for a 3 Pc. dinner that was recommended and was very disappointed especially with the indigestion 2 hrs later

Thank you all - I will take it up with the owner. This was a carry out order and now I believe any fish should be eaten immediately after cooking and not put in a plastic container to sit for 20 min.

The walleye and cod are deep fried and the breading will retain some oil even after the initial draining process. I personally use a paper towel or napkin to remove any excess oil. Speak to the owner Dan if this answer is unacceptable.
