And did not push, simply gave the information based on customizing the sectionals. Clearly was knowledgeable about the products. Definitely gave much practical advice as well. The layout of the store is nice, and our salesman, Terry, was the absolute best! He was very knowledgeable and was a huge help in finding exactly what we were looking for.

Never again will I buy from this store again. We bought a daybed in April 2020 , and not even 2 years later the boards that hold the mattress have broke and the board frame has separated from the main structure. My claim was denied for it being because of normal use. A bed is something you use daily so I would think the structure would hold up for more that 2 years. Why bother buying the Protection Plan if it does not cover breaks within the time limit.
