I was able to get an appt quickly. When arrived taken to a room asap. Was treated quickly. Everyone was very accommodating and courteous. PA was very informative. While I was in the treatment room staff kept coming in to check on me. Great experience. Also treatment gave immediate relief. I give this group an A+. My credibility is 40+ years in healthcare.

Extremely positive experience. I called in with questions and the person who answered the phone was helpful and patiently answered my questions. They were able to easily set me up on the waiting list and their Covid procedure was clear and simple. Facilities are very clean. From the check in, screening, and doctors visit, every single staff member helped put me at ease during the process. The EMT & Doctor who saw me helped me feel comfortable throughout the exam and tests and really took the time to make me feel validated, secure, and as if I was their only patient. Do not hesitate to call them if you need urgent, convenient, and heartfelt care.

I am so impressed with TAUC. They are right down the street from my home. I had a serious issue on a Saturday morning. They processed me at the front desk immediately and I was placed in a treatment room right away. Within minutes I was interviewed by an EMT and seen by a physician. The care and treatment was excellent. The follow-up (lab culture) was also excellent. Better than if I had gone to my primary care doctor.

We love Total Access and won't go to any other Urgent Care. I set up an appointment before I left my house. Despite the busy waiting room, the staff quickly got everyone checked in and to a room. The EMT and NP were great with my daughter and quickly found the root cause to our problem. They set up treatment and we were out the door in about 40 minutes. I've waited longer in the waiting room at most Urgent Cares then this entire visit took.
