Great fresh meats and great people. If they don't have what you want at that exact time, they'll cut it for you. No matter what type of cut it may be. I wanted a prime rib roast. They cut it fresh for me. Sure, I had to wait a little bit. But it's 200% better than going to the store and buying it cut up days, possibly a week earlier.
