Yes. With these warmer temps they should be in full bloom.
Not enough to have a beautiful floral backdrop. As many others have suggested waiting until April would provide a much better atmosphere for the outside.
Wait until April...mid April early May for the daffodils and tulips. As stated by someone else, the weather can be whacky here. Last February we had a long warm spell and even the Bradford pear trees started to bloom only to have that which bloomed die when we got a freeze spell. We had dead leaves in the trees all summer long.
There are some. Weather in NC is very abnormal so March could be 75° or 20° covered in snow.
Many should be. Some things begin blooming or getting planted now, so, yes, there should be some things in bloom in a month's time.
