When we 1st moved into this area the service wasn’t bad. Now the workers are okay with allowing trash to freely fall off the truck and they don’t properly dump the trash cans. I’ve literally watch them casually reach into the trash and grab bags but it was okay for them to leave bags still in my trash. I try to keep my cans sanitized and I can’t because they’re lazy and could care less. Covid can’t be every single excuse for poor service and bad behavior.

All American Sanitation (Note): since my initial posting in 2017, I have to adjust my review to five stars. Although I did encounter the situation initially posted, they have come through as being the best sanitation pick up service in my area. All American Sanitation trash pick up has been the first to pick in our area. I do my morning runs on Mon/Thu and my trash is picked up, when my neighbors trash does not get picked up sometimes late mornings, afternoons and late in the evening. I've had service with All American Sanitation now for over 4 years.

One of the best services around. Great customer service. office staff aswell as work crew extremely friendly. Highly recommend their service. Received everything and more as promised! Most of these low rating reviews I feel didn't exactly give them a chance / expected the impossible of them. Just be honest and ask / tell your problem. Any issue i've had has been assisted in a timely manner. Thank you All American Sanitation for your service and everything you've done!
