Many many more factors other than what you have posted, though. One person's "very good" can range from excellent to fair. Factors like WHO (specifically) made it, how many were made in that exact configuration, etc. Remember that guitars now selling for 300k+ were at one time discontinued b/c Gibson couldn't sell them.
Without very detailed pictures showing the joints, binding, tuners, back, sides, top, and fret wear of the guitar - I don't think you'll be able to get a reasonable estimation of its value via this medium. You might try MandolinCafe or another forum.
Depending on the contrition, that could be a fair price...good to excellent condition, that is a good price.
