You're asking Google directly, so they may not always get these emails at the actual store. I would definitely just give them a call they're super nice people and they should be able to help you.

The clerk at the store did not put a ceramic boot i purchased in my bag , did not notice until I was home in Wisconsin. I called the store twice and left two messages, they have not called back! I spent over $100 in their store so expected at least a call back.
Bought lots of fridge magnets but they were stolen from suitcase on way home. Any chance you could post what you sell so I can reorder some.
I'm sure they will. They sent me a shirt in my size that they didn't have in store.
