Amp goes out more then normal but they replace it with no problem and plus they are a bunch of cool dudes.Like the environment and work they do.

Didn't have anything that I needed besides a amp kit. Was told to go look elsewhere for speaker risers and adpters / power hookups. Not much help at all. At least friendly.

I dont think they do. I went in a couple different times for an alarm issue and was never charged.
