This place is a joke. Terrible customer service. They have had my bike for two months and all I get is excuses from them. If there was a -0 that’s what I would give them.

Debbie, I apologise you feel that we are just giving you excuses and taking up time. As we have explained multiple times, including when you dropped off the bike, getting a third-party purchased bike into safe condition is not a fast process. Having a tank repaired, prepared, painted, and finished is also a time consuming process. We are working as best we can with our painter and their schedule to get this done as fast as we can for you. We want you to be happy, and will do anything we can to make this a fast and great experience.
