Horrible experience, after spending 15,000 dollars in a month they refused to fix a simple problem on a V Rod that was caused by their own mechanic which also had an extended warranty. As it is we were lied to repeatedly about the delivery day, went from 3 days to 2 weeks. I would take my business elsewhere.

The sales and service staff are top notch here. I found them to be knowledgeable and friendly, and the sales floor is packed with awesome motorcycles. The sale process is smooth and painless, they've got all the clothes and accessories you could ever dream of. Just about any time I visit I see some travelers checking in and getting service during a long journey, and I can't wait to take advantage of that next level of service while out on my own rides. I'm looking forward to the next BBQ!

Debbie, I apologise you feel that we are just giving you excuses and taking up time. As we have explained multiple times, including when you dropped off the bike, getting a third-party purchased bike into safe condition is not a fast process. Having a tank repaired, prepared, painted, and finished is also a time consuming process. We are working as best we can with our painter and their schedule to get this done as fast as we can for you. We want you to be happy, and will do anything we can to make this a fast and great experience.
We do not do any boot repairs at our dealership. We can help send your boots in for warranty repair if they fall within the warranty guidelines and they are within a year of purchase.
