Tire repair is free for Sam's Club members.
It will depend on where the puncture is and how deep it is. Most places charge $25-$50 for a repair but if it's in the sidewall, you might be out of luck and need a new tire. Also, do you have a puncture or a bad pressure sensor and if so do you have the kind that can be fixed/replaced without needing a new tire? My Mitsubishi had the latter which stunk.
