Went there to buy carpet because they posted it on FB and were having a sale on it. I couldn't find the carpet they posted on FB where they put it on the rack so I looked around for it and it was in the garage. I asked a worker if I could look at them and she said no. I asked if they were for sale and she said no. I was like you have paper on there that they're for sale and they're on FB for sale. She said nope they're not for sale. Then I went up to the counter to confirm this and stood around at the counter and the woman at the counter didn't even acknowledge me. Someone came to the counter with a cart and she helped him right away. So I said, cool I was standing here for 5 minutes and walked away while she was screaming at me. This is a bummer as I would like to support this business but I won't be back. I agree with other reviewers that the workers are rude and not helpful.

Yes, they open at nine everyday except Mondays. Mondays they are closed.

It's a habitat resale store this place is got everything and everything I come here everyday but Mondays cuz it's closed on Mondays I recommend for anybody to come

We do take paint that has never been used, unopened, is not older than 3 years old and has been stored in a temperature controlled environment.
Everyone must wear a mask. Carts are sanitized throughout the day. Bathrooms are sanitized throughout the day. People are asked to safe distance.
I know they used to schedule pick ups, not sure how they're currently operating. I would call and speak to an associate.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. We accept new mattresses that are in their original packaging. We do not accept used mattresses.
We do accept leftover (new) tiles in quantities of 3 boxes or more of the same tile. We also accept appliances. If you want them picked up, you must be in our service area and depending on the appliance, it can't be over 8 years old. That said, if you want to drop off the appliances, it doesn't matter how old they are.
Hi, thanks for checking. Actually we do not accept VHS. I believe they can be taken to an electronic recycling facility.
They do but totally hit or miss. I've found some things are just a little overpriced. I'd call first. Good luck you might want to check out Elgin on line garage sale, what's happening in Elgin under sales, or offer up an letgo they have quite a selection

Yes we do! As the previous comment said, we do get some probably every day but it does go fast. Every color, style, size and crown moulding, quarter round, etc.
I don't. I also believe they don't either. Bed bug, hygiene policy? Just put it out and some scrapper will take it.
