When we visit Mooresville this will be our go to Restaurant. The service is what you would expect from a fine dining restaurant, and it does not fail. Calvin was our Server who wove a picture of fantastic, delicious food delights. We started with the Calamari as an appetizer. Not frozen or mass produced but prepared fresh. The rings were not all the same size and there were tentacles on the plate. The sauce had a slight bite and was delicious. My wife had Pollo Milanese which she raved about, and I had the Fisherman Linguini which I loved. I swapped out the red sauce for a Wine and Garlic sauce Calvin recommendation. Do not hesitate to try this Fantastic Restaurante. Reservations are highly recommended!

Love love love Caruso's!! The best Italian food in this whole area! The service is truly five star dining! From the chef, to the servers, to the hostess, a perfect restaurant! Food is amazing ! My husband and I love this place.

My Aunt Ann has traveled the world and dined at just about every Michelin star restaurant on the planet. I brought her, my Mom, and my wife here. My Aunt was not impressed walking up, but on the way out she said: "Kenny, you can have as good of a meal; but you cannot have better."
