Go down to the office with an ID, CDL or passport. I think military ID's work to. And a current bill or something that shows your Castle address in Atwater. There's an application to fill out and fees. I'm not sure what they but you can pay for 6 months or a year.
If you go into the post office they can give you one. They let you pay 6 months or 1 year at a time.
