They rent but don't sell. If you like the weapons, they also own Jefferson gun store where you can buy them. Rent I believe is between 15 to 30 dollars plus you have to use their ammo on rentals so you have to buy ammo as well.
They do rent guns but not sure of the price.
I think the purpose of renting the weapons at the range is to allow the shooter to familiarize themselves with the particular weapon, thus helping in the decision making process wether this weapon is a better fit for the persons needs as opposed to another weapon.
