If you have applecare plus on the phone, I would take it to apple. Love The Rossman Group, but that type of repair would be pricey, because OEM parts are so freaking expensive.
Apple is the better deal here - you would pay the same here for a refurb or high quality copy screen, as you would pay Apple for an original. Further, if it is bent, they may just give you an entirely new phone for only $99.

Probably makes sens to get newer models or hang in there until their new one is announced in few months, taking price down for others. That's just me. iHate Apple. Get good case and screen protector next time.
Bring your phone in anytime during business hours. They'll give you a quote upfront and will let you know if they run in to anything unexpected along the way.
