Where in new Orleans is the best Park to have a picnic?

I like City Park. It's a little outside the city, but because of its size it's really easy to find a secluded spot.

There's so many,depends on what you like, I myself like Jackson Square,Zoo,woldenberg park,so many more

City Park or Audubon. I definitely don't recommend Woldenberg because parking will probably be an issue
