Keep her quarantined and go to a Veterinarian immediately. Chico has a 24 hour emergency pet hospital. Time is crucial if puppy has parvo.
How long ago did she get her shots?
If a pup has been exposed the shots can bring it on. There has to be three shots before they are safe. I would take pup to vet
