Can someone tell me how items are assessed? I was told toy/accessories are looked up to determine the price & the owner is given a portion of it. I don't feel as though this process is consistent.

As a former employee of their sister store, the assessment is consistent. All items are assessed the same way not just toys and accessories. The store is a franchise locally owned but there are stores nationwide. All items are evaluated for wear and tear, cleanliness and style. Customer A can bring an item in and get one price because their item is new with tags customer b may get a lower price because their item has some fading. I hope this helps.

Like most places they pay you based on the profits they will make compared to their worth online... They see the price and availability brand new, they judge their price selling it used and give you a percent
