Good luck trying to get them to even answer the phone or an email... i've been calling since May. It's now September and I'm literally begging them to come inspect me.

Perhaps the most incompetent health department in the United States. How does it take up to two months to get a birth certificate? Other states can do it in a day. There's also no estimate on how long to correct birth certificate errors, but considering how slow they are, I'd place that at around two years for them to even look at your request. There is also no email support.
