Drive lied about not able to deliver, nothing is blocking my home, not blocking my Driveway , not blocking my mailbox or neither my Door ..and i was home all day.. Give me my package please !!!! Now UPS have me on hold for the longest!!

Same thing happened to me I was home all day and I seen online they attempted delivery and no one knocked on my door. I had to put the package on hold at their facility so I can go and pick it up. Seems like an issue with the delivery person.

Same thing happened to me twice in 3 months. They have to do better.
