If you don't want your packages stolen, have them delivered there. The two ladies that work there are extremely nice

absolutely horrible, got a gift for a friend and theyve been saying that theyre delivering "today" for the last month now. she went there today to pick it up with her ID because a representative said thats all she needs, they said she needs a shipping number that starts with 1Z when she was never given one. be careful and try to use fedex if you actually want your package to be delivered

I really think you do not want to speak to any of your customers because none are happy with the delivery process. My delivery this morning was done without ringing the door bell. It was shoved up against the door and I heard the noise. In the past I have had the deliveryman ring the door bell and immediately walk off until I stopped him. He said he was trained that way. I am truly disappointed in this delivery service.

Drive lied about not able to deliver, nothing is blocking my home, not blocking my Driveway , not blocking my mailbox or neither my Door ..and i was home all day.. Give me my package please !!!! Now UPS have me on hold for the longest!!

Same thing happened to me I was home all day and I seen online they attempted delivery and no one knocked on my door. I had to put the package on hold at their facility so I can go and pick it up. Seems like an issue with the delivery person.

A supervisor tells me the driver delivered my item to the street over which is beinville same numerical address. The unfortunate part is that address does not exist. FUNNY. THESE DRIVERS ARE STEALING.

My package is two weeks late. And yesterday they said that they attempted to deliver but couldn’t reach destination. What a lie. I’ve been home all day. Nothing is blocking the way to my house. Where is my stuff UPS!

Why does the drivers leave your packages out on the steps wen your not home and your things get stole why not take it back to keep that from happening

they judge the area and decide, if they deem it not safe they dont leave it

For the LAST five years or so my packages FROM UPS show up already opened AND resealed....or don't SHOW up at all. They will be marked as delivered ONLY I don't have my merchandise. I have just received a NEW tablet WITH the paperwork MISSING

Never observed that type of services. Try Kinko, Office Depot or Office Max, etc.
