They won't give it out because then they would have to answer for their complete lack of giving a care.
They don't have one. The ground facility looks like a prison. There is no customer anything. Just a gate house with a security guard. The place is run by and for thieves.
Roland Hammond I'm not sure when you ask for the local number or if this will be of any help try 860-616-5320 you'll actually get to talk to a PERSON and not a robot but it doesn't really make a difference. The first real person I talked to yesterday acted like he cared and was "going to give all my information to the manager, who was supposed to call me today " I received no response, so I called again today and the lady that answered was highly aggravated and switched me to the delivery manager I left a message. I doubt it will do any good I'm going on day 4 still with no package that WAS NOT delivered, the driver marked it delivered but how they delivered it without getting out of their truck and then driving away within 5 minutes is a mystery!!Obviously the workers at this facility could care less, as long as they keep getting their paychecks and the drivers are allowed to keep on stealing packages, they'll keep on doing NOTHING
