I am furious! This is the second time the FedEx driver did not follow instructions and left three vulnerable boxes of dog food at the bottom of our 325 foot driveway. Instructions said to deliver to the garage. He didn't even bother to notify us!

Yea fedex delivery is not up to great expectations. Deliver with care is not in their vocabulary.

I'm not sure why they can get away with this. I tried to get resolution on my complaint. They said that they were taking this to their supervisor. Sorry to hear about your dog's food. That's really uncalled for.
