Is the Cpep as bad as the reviews are? If so what are my alteratives? I am on a new medication and I need somewhere safe that I can go to if things get bad.

No, CPEP is not as bad as the reviews. I hope you’re doing well on your new medication, but if you would like some options for safe places, ECMC has another one besides CPEP. Check out the Help Center, it’s a walk in center where you can talk to a counselor without an appointment. If they feel you need more help, the counselor will walk you over to CPEP. You can also call 211 in Buffalo for access to all sorts of community services. Good luck!
