How do i get in contact with someone from the buffalo office to find out why theyve been sitting on my paper work for over 2 months I've called the ed # many times with the same answer wich is tbey dont know and they have no contact with buffalo.

Submitted thru a vso. I have all information one when they received it. And they've tried to contact them a few times on my behalf.
