Dawn in the Erie county clerk office was nothing short of professional and incredibly courteous! She made my day with her stellar customer service, the least amount of anxiety Iβve ever felt in any official building!

Called office first and employee was helpful and pleasant. When I arrived to request a certified document, clerk was helpful and provided what I needed in less than 5 minutes. Overall a positive experience.

Could use a bit more accessible parking especially for people with mobility problems. Otherwise, staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Bathroom and building were very clean.

Talk to your Attorney.
No
You should consult an attorney to amend the deed
Thereβs coffee for sale in the building via concession counter or vending machine. Snacks and something that smells like pizza and various drinks also sold in building. A block away is a restaurant.
It should have been mailed to you about a month or so before you expire. If it has already expired, you need to contact NY division of licensing. If you have not received the renewal paperwork, contact same NY as well.
It depends on where you child was born, if your child was born in Buffalo , you'll have to go to City Hall, 65 Niagara square, if not, you will have to go to the county clerk's office of your local city or Town.
I think that's done at city hall rather than county.
You would have to have a company name and register it will the clerk as a dba or form a company (LLC Corp etc)
Need appt.....think you can do online

Thank u so much
You can use our website for that information. Go to ecclerk.erie.gov then click on Browser View. Search by your name using last name then first name. You may also limit your search to show only mortgages or judgments if you'd like by using the options provided. If you need assistance you can come into the office at 92 Franklin St. in Buffalo.
There are both Notaries Public and Commissioners of Deeds at the Erie County Clerk's Office that can notarize documents. The signor will have to show proof of ID before signing the documents. I don't know what 'release I.D.' is so I cannot say if that is valid proof of ID. We normally look for a driver's license or government issued ID which contains a signature.
There is parking all around the City but the Clerk's office does not have dedicated parking. There is some handicapped street parking on the Delaware side of the building.
Yes, but there is a convenience fee of 2.5% tacked on. The minimum is $2.50.
Contact the township in which you were married. The Erie County Clerk doesn't file marriage certificates.
There are several paid ramps and lots in the area. The closest may be the Main Place ramp or the Fernbach ramp. They run from $2/hour to $8/day maximum.
If there's currently a power of attorney on record, a power of attorney revocation must be filed. Filing fees are $50 for the first page, $5 for every additional page plus $0.50 for the link to the power of attorney being revoked.
That's a federal document. You'd have to go to the Social Security office or check their website.
It takes the State anywhere from 4-6 months to return the notary card. As long as your check has been cashed the renewal is on record and you can use your new expiration date.
Trying to find my original birth certificate
If the judgment is filed with the Erie County Clerk and the satisfaction of judgment is on record, as well, you can get the Stipulation of Discontinuance from the Customer Service desk st 92 Franklin St for a fee of $5.00. If the Satisfaction of judgment is not filed, you will need to file the original, at no fee, then purchase the Stip of Disc.
You have to know the owners name. Go to ecclerk.erie.gov using internet explorer. Click on advanced search which will download a small program to your computer. In the name search field enter last name (space) first name. Using F2 key will tell you if these judgments were satisfied. If you use your phone, use legacy search. Unfortunately, you will not be able to see if records are satisfied using this option.
Definitely not from here. They don't handle those kind of records.
The Erie County Clerks Office.
If they were married in Buffalo, the certificate of marriage would be filed at Buffalo City Hall. You'll have to make a request for it and given how old it is, it may take them a few days to find it.
Go to the Erie county clerk at the customer service desk. They can give you a certified copy for $5 or $6
